The European Union Deforestation-Free Products Regulation (EUDR) entered into force on 29 June 2023, but its provisions will apply from 30 December 2025 for large enterprises and from 30 June 2026 for micro and small enterprises.

The new regulations require companies importing and selling products in the EU to prove that their activities do not contribute to global deforestation or forest degradation. In the context of EwelPlast’s activities, this means emphasizing the benefits of using plastic pallets as a durable and ecological alternative that not only meets environmental protection requirements,
but also minimizes the risks associated with the exploitation of forest resources.
